I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me here

Do you offer refunds for Print On Demand products?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me here with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange a Print On Demand item for a different size/color? 

At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

What is the return policy for Handcrafted Items?

Thank you for shopping at PeLoHa Studio! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help :)

1. Returns

Items can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, I will initiate a full refund minus shipping charges, to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
